The idea of a Grade Point System was discussed as a possible alternative switch from opinion based lists. Not only does the System provide more competition over spots as it used to, but also ensures the results are monthly, and each month is a new month to work to the top with new out comes.
How does it work?
There are two sections in which a player can gain his/her points. Starting with 1v1's, a monthly tourney will take place closer to the end of every month. Since 1v1's are a small portion of individuals skill, they will take place once a month in a tourney, and only there will you get the chance to score.
Rosters will be hosted directly on this forum.
For guild wars, once every week an official war will be made between two guilds. The two guilds will battle each other only once a week. A victory means 4, or 3 members will receive their points.
Grade scale
Pvp from this point will be evaluated by performance. In a 1v1 tourney, based on the amount of players, you will have a chance to fight at a minimum of 5 players.
For 1v1s :
Winning with the final score's of 10-0, 10-1 will gain you 10 points. (Maximum)
Winning with the final score's of 10-4, 10-3, 10-2, will gain you 7 points.
Winning with the final scores of 10-5, 10-6, 10-7, 10-8, 10-9, will gain you 5 points. (Minimum)
Guild wars:
Guild wars will be evaluated by the teams performance.
The four players, playing for the guild get to choose their line. A random spin will decide what class one will use.
For example : Team A chose to use the line Starlord, Defender, Bard, and Healer.
The players for team A are Brentt, Tom, Vincent, and Fred.
*hypothetically* The spinner assigned Tom to Starlord. Brentt on Bard, Tom on Healer, and Vincent on Defender.
These are the classes the players will use for the current game match. Every new game differs.
Winning 40-0 will gain the four players 20 points.
Winning 40-10 will gain the four players 15 points.
Winning 40-20 will gain the four players 10 points.
Winning 40-30 will gain the four players 5 points.
Extra :
Points will be recorded, and the amount of points, (From highest amount accumulated by a player to lowest) will determine your spot on the list.
Same topic for top Guilds. Whatever score you get your guild after winning also goes toward your Guilds points.
It is recommended to record your matches for evidence, and proof.
Infamous player will be required to record.
